360 Event Sets a New Record, Gets Approved for IAAPA Certification Program

We hosted another record-breaking 360 Event event after becoming a pre-approved course for the IAAPA Certification program.

360 Event is the premier laser tag education event where new and existing operators learn how to successfully add this attraction to their facilities. We cultivated the core of the laser tag education based on our staff’s decades of experience, but it didn’t stop there. Industry experts and partners also contributed to the wealth of resources for attendees, speaking on topics such as funding, contract negotiations, birthday party package development, and online marketing. The first day of the event focused mainly on design and development, while day 2 covered operations and marketing.

After breaking our attendance record in February, we set another new record in this May event. More than 46 existing and soon-to-be operators from around the world traveled to Indianapolis on May 16-17 to learn from us and our partners. And once again, the response from those attendees was overwhelmingly positive.

“This event has provided so much insight into the family entertainment industry as well as so many valuable relationships going forward,” commented Kim Green, who attended the event. She added, “Every member of the Creative Works staff is amazing, knowledgeable, and so energetic. This has been an awesome experience and the attention to detail has been amazing.”

Brittni Lessau, another attendee, was on cloud nine after the event ended. She commented, “COME TO THIS EVENT, IT’S A MUST!!!! Before you even THINK about opening an FEC, coming to at least one [360 Event] will help you tremendously! We can’t wait to hit the ground running!”

There’s good news for any operators working toward an IAAPA Certification. 360 Event is now recognized as pre-approved course within IAAPA’s program. Anyone who attends this event will receive 16 credit hours that can be applied toward any IAAPA Certification.

Those who did not have the opportunity to attend in May can register for the final event of 2017, which takes place on August 1-2. In addition to the tour of our Theme Factory, attendees will also get the opportunity to visit several FEC sites in the Indianapolis area.
