Creative Works Caps Off Another Successful Year for 360 Event

We wrapped up another successful year for our 360 Event program.

360 Event is an educational event designed to help new and existing operators learn how to successfully add laser tag to their facilities. Experts from every facet of the entertainment industry deliver presentations on topics ranging from funding and contract negotiations, to operations, hiring staff, and online marketing. Attendees also enjoy hands-on demos, networking opportunities, and site visits to multiple family entertainment centers (FECs) in the Indianapolis area.

All 3 events in 2018 were sold out, with 53 existing and soon-to-be operators from around the world registering for the most recent August event. We expanded this event to 2.5 days to fit more educational content. This expanded content included a kickoff keynote presentation by Matt Heller, founder of Performance Optimist Consulting.

The attendees at the August event were blown away by the information in the educational presentations. In fact, 100% of the attendees said they would recommend 360 Event to other operators.
“If you’re looking into adding attractions or entering the FEC business, start with the (360 Event) event at Creative Works,” said Joey Klegstad, owner of Escape Inc.

Elizabeth Spratt, owner of Monster Mini Golf in Virginia, had this advice to other FEC owners: “[360 Event] was invaluable. What we learned will positively impact our business, our staff and our growth. Must attend!”

Operators who couldn’t attend the event or want additional education can access free content at amusement360.com.

“We want to provide value to as many entertainment operators as possible,” said Danny Gruening, VP of Marketing at Creative Works. “This online education portal is free to anyone who wants to improve their business. The website has content from our own team, as well as other industry experts.”

We will announce 2019 dates soon. Operators can sign up for the Amusement 360 Advantage Program to get notified first and register before the events sell out.
