We are deferring payments for support and warranty plans on all attractions to help operators during the Coronavirus crisis.
The impact of the Coronavirus can be felt across the world, and it’s an exceptionally difficult time for the location-based entertainment industry. Most locations have closed their doors indefinitely, with no assurance of when this lock-down will end.
To help offset the lack of revenue for operators, we are postponing payments for all priority support plans for the following attractions:
- Hologate Arena
- Hologate Blitz
- Lazer Frenzy
- Game Up Esports
- Infinite Escapes
- Atomic RUSH
These payments will be deferred for 60 days, and operators will still retain all benefits of their plan during the deferred period, including priority support, warranty replacements, game subscriptions, and software licenses.
“We truly love this industry and we appreciate everything that our clients do to create memories for their communities,” commented Armando Lanuti, President of Creative Works.
“These are difficult times, but hopefully this payment deferral can help ease the burden for operators as they make their way through this crisis. This industry will provide the world with the opportunities to escape, celebrate, and reconnect with one another once this is all over. Our clients and partners are more important than ever at a time like this!”
In addition to postponing payments, we will continue to provide our clients with information and resources that will help them during this unprecedented time.
