We are seeking someone who can come in and easily integrate into our current sales team, learn the ropes in a supportive role and the move into direct sales and earn commission closing those deals. We have an EPIC culture that we expect anyone joining the team to adhere to and personify.

Our typical product ranges in value from $30-250k and have a little bit longer of a sales cycle, 6-18 months. To be successful you should be comfortable selling a high value product, and hungry for the commissions that entails. We provide a generous base, competitive benefits, and aggressive commissions/bonuses expecting our sales people to produce $2-5 million or more per year.

We work with clients all around the world, so to be considered you must be bilingual.

Basic Job Responsibilities – THIS IS NOT AN ENTRY LEVEL POSITION

  • Overall – be a crucial member of our sales team driving sales and working closely with others in the sales team
  • Set-up phone and web presentations
  • Go to trade shows and events to build partner relationships and find leads
  • Put together online proposals and close deals
  • Research marketplace for leads and opportunities
  • Handle some limited project management on distributor orders

  • Personable with great people skills. Can you walk into a room full of both friends and strangers and mingle without breaking a sweat?
  • Great written and oral communication skills, we want people who can communicate with customers and partners in a clear and concise manner.
  • Must have the ability to multi-task, you will never be lacking in things to do and every sale is different so you don’t get bored!
  • Ability to travel for trade shows and clients – want to see the world and make money while doing it?

Qualification Requirements

  • Proficient in MS OFFICE and GOOGLE FOR WORK
  • Past experience selling through email and phone (our clients are scattered around the country and world, this will be your primary means of communicating with those leads)
  • Experience using a CRM system to track leads/clients/sales
  • Must be bilingual at a conversational level (prefer Spanish but other languages will be considered)
  • This is not an entry level job, you must have at least 1-3 years of sales experience minimum
