360 Event Finished The Year Strong – 2018 Dates Announced

We hosted another sold out 360 Event event in Indianapolis on August 1-2, our final event of 2017.

More than 45 existing and soon-to-be operators attended this premier laser tag education event in order to learn how to add this attraction to their new or existing facilities. During the 2-day event, our team delivered the core of the laser tag education; we discussed the design, development, operation, and best practices of this attraction.

We also invited a group of industry experts to contribute to the wealth of resources for attendees; they spoke on topics such as funding requirements, gaming technology, contract negotiations, hiring & training, and marketing. This full circle approach provided the attendees with a well-rounded education that went beyond just laser tag.

Once again, the response from attendees was overwhelmingly positive. “This seminar was one of the best I have ever attended in my 40 years of business,” commented David Nicoli.

Tommy Barberini, another attendee, added “The information provided was extremely eye opening, even after 13 years of being in the business. I highly recommend this to anyone that is thinking about opening any type of entertainment center.”

LaserTAG360 Operator Interview

Four laser tag equipment manufacturers were available to provide hands-on demonstrations of their gear. This was, and continues to be, the only educational event in the industry where operators can test equipment from four different companies, all in one place.

One of the highlights of this event was the behind-the-scenes tour of our production facility (AKA the Theme Factory). Attendees got to see the entire “Theme Team” in action, from the sculptors carving props in the foam department to the muralists working their magic in the paint department.

After the Theme Factory tour, we took the group to two entertainment facilities in the Indianapolis area. In a single day, the attendees learned about the design of the attraction, saw the fabrication processes firsthand, and played in a finished laser tag arena.

The operators and entrepreneurs who attended the event walked away with invaluable insight, a binder full of notes, connections with industry vendors, and networking relationships with their peers.

For those who were unable to register because the event sold out so quickly, we have announced the 2018 dates for 360 Event:

  • February 6-7, 2018
  • May 8-9, 2018
  • August 7-8, 2018
