Our Most Recent Amusement 360 Event Was Our Biggest Ever

On March 22-24, we hosted our Amusement 360 Event in Indianapolis, IN. This was the second time we used a hybrid (virtual and in-person) format. This particular event set a record with over 80 in-person attendees who showed up to learn, network and socialize, and celebrate the future of the entertainment industry.

This event was focused on helping operators rediscover their Purpose and Passion. After two difficult years facing a pandemic, we wanted to help operators remember why they’re in this industry, why the memories and smiles matter, and why their venues hold an important place in their communities.

To accomplish that, we brought in 18 industry experts to share their knowledge to help educate new and existing entertainment operators with presentations, panel discussions, and interviews. The passion and optimism in the room were contagious. Attendees learned practical business strategies while feeling energized and excited to implement these strategies.

One of the most anticipated parts of the 360 Event is the tour of our Theme Factory

“Creative Works puts on an amazing conference. Everything is so well thought out, and I mean everything! The energy, knowledge, creativity, and pride is contagious and inspiring,” said Brad Kissler, one of the attendees.

During panel discussions with some of the top vendors in the industry, attendees learned how the industry is growing and adapting, how to engage customers, and how to use technology to make operations easier.

The event also featured two powerful keynote presentations from Scott Harvey (focusing on the power of communication and emotion) and April Garcia (focusing on habits to maximize productivity for owners and managers).

As we have worked hard over the years to improve the quality and production of the Amusement 360 Event, the industry has noticed, evidenced by the record number of attendees at this event.

“We are inspired by all the operators, startups, sponsors, and speakers who came together for this incredible event,” commented Danny Gruening, VP of Marketing at Creative Works. “To us, this is more than an educational event. Beyond the X’s and O’s of entertainment venue operations, our guest speakers help attendees become better leaders, improve their personal development, and make a greater impact on their communities.”

Registration is open now for the next Amusement 360 Event on August 16-18 in Indianapolis, IN. Anyone interested can find more information at amusement360.com/event.
