ATTRACTION SUPPORT & SERVICE
Our support team is available by phone and email so any questions or concerns are addressed as quickly as possible. Our standard support hours are 9am-5pm Mon-Fri. For those with Priority Support or who are in the first year of an installed attraction, after-hours on-call support is available 5pm-8pm Mon-Fri and 12pm-8pm on weekends.
