Theme Team – Episode 4

This is the fourth episode in a series called Theme Team. In these videos, we introduce you to our amazing staff and show off how they deliver the WOW effect in everything they do. Below is a transcript of the video.

Never would I have ever expected to be designing laser-tag arenas.

I’m Lindsay Crum, and I’m a designer here at Creative Works. I do the space planning, I’ll layout, all the walls, I layout all the props and make sure that the arena flows effectively.

I’m from Fairland, Indiana, southeast of Indianapolis. I went to Ball State University. I studied interior design and construction management and what got me into that was my dad has his own sheet metal business and him and I would work on things at home and build model cars when I was younger. We would cut two by fours and we’d just make a car out of it somehow.

I love working with the design team. I feel like we can joke around have a good time with each other and it’s comfortable. It makes work so much easier and a lot more fun.
